Cancellations, Exchange, Returns & Refunds

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, so therefore have a liberal cancellation policy since policies are designed to benefit its customers. Our team works day and night to ensure that you receive your products in the best possible condition to get satisfied customers. Still before you make any purchase we would like you to go through our various polices

Cancelling the order-

Once the payment is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Exchange

If you don’t like the product that you have purchased you intend to exchange the product. Sorry we don’t exchange.

We do not provide exchange or refund on change of mind, however on a case to case basis we may provide an exchange but the freight to and fro will have to be borne by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We will provide full refund for the product if the product is damaged or faulty.  

If you have got some other product and not the one you ordered.

In both these cases, just inform us within 24 hours of getting the damaged or faulty product by sending email at info@threadsnweaves.com or contact us on +91-9780486286,we will not accept any refund request after that. It is our fault we will pay for shipping charges and ensure that the right product is delivered to you.

The customer needs to return the damaged product he has received within a period of 3 days from the receipt of the shipment and send us tracking details as soon as possible. We do not accept any returns after 4 days of receiving the shipment.

 We DO NOT accept return or refund request because of the following reasons:-

A product that shows physical damage and is returned without original packing and accessories.

Products once used, draped, altered in any form or washed will not be eligible for returns therefore we would like to request you to check the products before using them.

The description of the product and its characteristics and features, stated on our website is as per how we understand the characteristics of the product that need to be considered when making an online purchase.

The color in the picture of the product and the actual color may sometimes vary a little bit, due to various standard factors such as lighting, photography, screen resolution etc.  We assume that you are well aware of the same. We always make our best efforts to ensure that the colors are not misleading. 

There are certain fabrics that have unique characteristics such as Tusser Silk, khadi silk, brocade etc. have loose threads, uneven and textured effect. We would like to clarify that the same are not defects but are inherent characteristic of such fabric and we assume that you are aware of the same. It is considered to be common knowledge for women wearing these products.

All handloom products are made by hand and each piece may slightly vary from the other same piece. The manual work involved makes them unique and that’s why people from across the world desire to own handloom products.

Please note products below Rs. 599 in value and shipped within India will also be non-returnable. 

In all the cases mentioned above refund request will not be entertained.

Refund  Time:

We usually take time, extendable to 2-3 business days to assess the product sent by you for exchange, to accept the request. We accordingly will inform you and issue you a credit note that you can use to buy another product. You will be issued a credit note for the same amount deducting to and fro shipping charges valid for 90 days.

We try our best to send you the new product as soon possible, however we do refund full amount in case you have received a damaged product and same is not available in our new stock and you have not liked anything from our collection during your store credit period ,valid for 90 days.

Refund mode:

We hope that you would accept our apology in case you have to go through the return process. On approved returns you can avail the same in the form of store credits valid for 90 days. Please note that in case NEFT transaction is requested for refund, the name of the account holder needs to be the same as the person to whom the delivery was invoiced.
