We provide FREE HOME DELIVERY across India on all our products.
For International orders, please send us an E-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that in case of International Orders, any customs charges or local duties if applicable will be paid by you.
Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipments are subject to courier company or post office norms.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through reputed courier companies, and will reach within 4-5 days of shipping. In case your area is not serviced by any courier companies, it will be sent through speed post.
In all cases of return except, for damaged products, the buyer will have to bear the return shipping cost. In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform within 24 hrs of delivery of the order .If the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of jewelartonline.com to replace the order.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel due to unavoidable circumstances. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
We mention the estimated dispatch time for each product on the product page separately as the dispatch time may vary from for each product depending on the artisan, stock availability, etc.
Also, since the dispatch time varies for each product, products from the same order may be dispatched separately. The process of creating the intricate weaves, detailed embroidery and other hand-work is quite time consuming as far as handloom products are concerned. Generally a single piece is created at a given time. Shipping of such a product may take a little longer then usual time.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you like wrong name or incomplete shipping address, any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.
